DIRECTIONS:
The normal course is to begin with an ‘intensive course’ of 2-capsules every day for 30-days (that’s 60 capsules in total) and to then proceed each additional month at 2-capsules each day for 10-days (that’s 20 capsules in-total). To give a specific date, we would recommend using the last 10-days of the month that follows the end of the intensive course.
A small number of people with special needs may require a doubling of the above doses, i.e. 2-capsules twice daily for 30-days, followed by 2-capsules twice daily for 10-days each month.

Nature’s Marvels™ Bioregulators
This natural food-supplement contains a complex of peptide-bioregulators extracted from selected young animals (of bovine origin). They have been carefully isolated from the relevant tissues (as indicated on the box).
Clinical studies, principally via the St. Petersburg Institute of Gerontology and Geriatrics, under the direction of Professor Vladimir Khavinson have revealed the efficacy of these bioregulators in epigenetics, helping to rebalance various functions of health and performance to have numerous benefits for aging in general.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Russian studies with these food supplements have been carried out over several decades and have demonstrated a remarkable safety record. However, occasional cases of sensitivity or allergy to the product may occur. In such cases and depending on severity or discomfort, users may opt to reduce the dosage or cease use, as appropriate.
